Have you heard of this? I never had until it was served to me last night in a delicious strawberry pie. This jell-o-like dessert has no Phe! Apparently it can be used as a pudding, pie filling or glaze. I haven’t tasted it by itself. I don’t know if I would like it that way because I’m not much of a straight sugar kind of girl. But it was really good in a pie with gram-cracker crust, strawberries and cool whip!
