Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower

This is easy and yummy!

  • Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees F
  • Chop cauliflower into small pieces
  • Slice brussel sprouts in half
  • In a bowl or ziplic bag cover the veggies in olive oil
  • Spread veggies onto a baking sheet
  • Sprinkle salt over veggies
  • Cook for 20 minutes

    1. Honestly I love it with just the oil and salt. I have found that a lot of vegetables taste really good like that — just roasted in olive oil and salt. I did it with asparagus tonight — really yummy!
