MeHi! I am name is Elisa. I am a 27 year-old adult with PKU. I am the mother of two sweet little girls. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health – Health Promotion, and a minor in music. In 2012 I sang in BYU Singers and toured England. I have also visited Italy, Greece, Turkey, Canada and China. I love being in nature, having deep conversations and planning parties. I am from beautiful Washington State, but currently live in Arizona while my husband is pursuing a PhD at Arizona State University.

I have PKU and life is good!

It is my goal with this blog to offer:

  • Encouragement to commit to the PKU diet and reap the benefits
  • Support  in living with PKU through the sharing of recipes and lifestyle tips
  • Inspiration to take a positive outlook and maintain over all health and well-being
