I am happy to chat with anyone concerned about PKU whether you have it yourself or a child or someone in your life has it.

  1. Thanks for coming to Dr. Williams class today! It was so interesting and insightful and you had such a good attitude and skill when expressing yourself. I am following your blog to recommend to future clients. Good luck with life and blogging!

  2. I love your blog! I found you through pinterest. You are very encouraging to PKUers like myself. I, also, just had my first baby a girl on May 15th. I feel like I can relate to you a lot. I haven’t been on diet my whole life, not even close. I was off for about 10 years and got back on to get pregnant. I felt so much better. There were ways I felt bad I didn’t even recognize until I got back on diet. It has definitely gotten me to side with the “diet for life” like the doctors have always told me.

    1. Nice to meet you! Thanks so much for checking out my blog. I’m glad my pinterest links do their job. : )

Well I am so happy for you! Congratulations on your baby girl! Has she rolled over yet? Mine definitely hasn’t because she hates tummy time lol. But she “talks” a lot. It’s so cute.

Would you be interested in sharing your PKU story for my blog? I think it could be really powerful. Do you mind if I email you?

  3. She is getting so close! My girl hates tummy time too but as she has gotten older she tolerates it more and more. I was sitting here just a few minutes ago thinking I was about to watch her roll over, but then she got hungry.

I would love to write for your blog. Feel free to email me anytime. You are able to see my email address with this reply right?

  4. Hi, I love to read your blog so much that now when I am so down and not in a happy PKU mood kind of way and in no way wanting to do anything with PKU I just hop on over to your wall and read a few of your posts. It doesn’t happen too often but occasionally it hits and I just get bummed. I like your fresh point of view and then remember why I do what I do and why I try so hard to work at my diet. I may see a cool idea or see some inspiring thought. Whatever it is it helps remind me why I am glad that I was caught in time and put on the diet so that I can live the healthy life I want to life and achieve what I want to
